2.8.2 release

Hi,

I've created the GIMP_HELP_2_8_2 branch today to prepare a new release. Can I go ahead or do I need to hold of for some additional fixup?

Roman - as for me, there are some months already I don't touch the manual - I think the pt_BR translation is all set - but would you mind just trying it before
making the release? (that is, in a different system than mine - it works here)

I wasn't so sure because there was already another commit on master (a Greek translation) after the branching. I also thought perhaps Roman wants to check the changes first before taking them into the release. Now they are in the release branch, all is fine.
