GSOC n-point deformation tool UI

Hello,

I'm a GSOC student and I work on n-point image deformation tool for GIMP. I've made a description of planned features of n-point deformation tool. It's available at the following address:

There are some questions included in the text on that page. I'm going to add a sketch of 'tool options' some time later.
