Add "color from gradient" dynamics to default package

Back in GIMP 2.6 to paint using a gradient instead of a fixed color you simply enabled "use color from gradient" in your paint tool's options. GIMP 2.8 no longer has that -- yes, it is still possible to paint using a gradient but you have to manually set up a Brush Dynamics resource (i.e. map "Color" output to "Fade" input) to do it.

Can we get such a preset included in the default install package? There is none as of 2.8.4 .

Add "color from gradient" dynamics to default package

Thanks, Richard, for the proposed Dynamics file. A few weeks ago I started with a patch (also as Dynamic setting) and your file helped me cleaning it a bit. My patch adds a Dynamic option and three Paint tool presets, which use it. It can be found at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=692956.

Kind regards,

Sven
