Still finding quite a few issues in 2.82 for the MAC

Still finding quite a few issues in 2.82 for the MAC
Hey there people,
don't know if anyone has a fix but i'm having quite a few issues with 2.8.2 with my MAC on mountain lion..
1, Color picker isn't working 2, drop down boxes pop back before selection. 3, when in brush tool I lose the normal brush effect after selection another on i.e darken/lighten. 4, transparent BG blurs up and un able to see the pattern.
