duplicate/new tool preset (redundant command)

Am I wromg or the "New tool preset" command means "Duplicate tool preset" since I am not able to trigger the "Duplicate tool preset" command in any way? Could it just be deleted? Is it linked to something or it is just a dangling menu command?

It is indeed currently unused in the GUI, but should not be deleted. Duplicating tool presets is for some reason not implemented, investigating...
