GIMP FxFoundry using GEGL?

Hi,

lately I found this very promising plug-in collection made by two well-known persons of this list ;-)
Will or need the plug-ins therein be ported to GEGL or do they use GEGL out of the box through the reworked PDP API?

Thanks, grafxuser

The API isn't likely to under go any changes until work really begins on 3.0. There were a lot of deprecations in 2.8 and I have heard there will be a lot more in the 3.0 version.
