GSoC Shotgun Operation Patch

Hi all,

As directed in IRC, I have put together a simple operation without using chanting (as an exercise because I had never used GObject before). I succesfully integrated it with the GEGL tree. Figuring out what GEGL expects from operations that don't use chanting was quite the adventure. I attached a git format patch which I *think* I did correctly. I have used git personally but not much beyond commit/push/pull. The operation is gegl:shotgun. The actual image processing code is pretty rough, but it gets the job done. Thanks everyone for the conversation and support! Now for that proposal.
