Can't build babl-0.1.10 on Windows

Can't build babl-0.1.10 on Windows

I try to build babl-0.1.10 on MinGW32 for Windows, but it tell me:

babl-palette.c: In function 'babl_palette_lookup': babl-palette.c:93:23: error: 'INT_MAX' undeclared (first use in this function)
babl-palette.c:93:23: note: each undeclared identifier is reported only once for
each function it appears in

I don't know why, and who can tell me?

Is this a bug! (pippin?) If you add "#include " in this file it should work!
