Stale XML files

Hi,

There are three stale files that are not included to gimp.xml: src/toolbox/about-common-painting-options.xml, src/filters/alpha-to-logo/basic1.xml, src/filters/alpha-to-logo/basic2.xml. Please remove them, or their contents still remain on PO files.
