How did you open the window?

Open recent, File Open, filemanager dbl click. How opened does not seem to be relevant.

In Edit->Preferences->Image Windows->Title and Status for Image Title Format I have,
%D*%f-%p.%i (%t, %L) %wx%h %m
(this is probably not the default)

What do you have?

%D*%f-%p.%i (%t, %L) %wx%h

... unchanged AFAIK.

I have not parsed the hieroglyphs but it does not look like it spells GIMP.
