Visual C++ Runtime Error?

Hello,

I've got a problem reported by some users of a plugin on windows platform. They get a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error" and the plugin crashes. As far as I know GIMP on windows in general and the specific plugin is build with MingW and so I don't see the dependency to the Visual C++ Runtime.

Or did I miss something?
