Some id's are out of the help doc tree

Hi,

On the GIMP Help Viewer plug-in, some entries from the GIMPressionist section are found out of the main tree of the help document build from the recent source. You may find help items for "Orientation tab" and "Size tab" are treated as siblings of the main tree by the following command:

$ grep parent=\"\" html/*/gimp-help.xml

Sorry I don't know how to guess what matters.
