Announce: updates of FreeBSD ports for GIMP Help

Hi,

On FreeBSD ports system, the port for GIMP Help is updated from 2.4.2 to 2.6.0 today, and the port is separated in languages.

Thanks for FreeBSD port exparts. Without their support, this mission cannot be done on my cheap experiance of editing ports.

PS: As far as I know, almost Linux distributors already updates installers on their packaging system.
