Hi folks -

I think I have seen no e-mail on this list about LGM 2010 - it is due in a couple weeks.
(I know I am at fault with the reimbursements for last year - lets get that moving as well)

So, who is intending to get to Brussels? Can someone help organizing the lists? We also should have to plan GIMP activities beforehand.

We're currently finalising the program and I was wondering whether GIMP team members would like to give talks, demo's or anything else?

Do you have plans for sponsoring teammembers to participate in the Brussels meeting and if so, is there any way we can help to do this?

That's because everything has been discussed on IRC - the participants are registered, two talks and one lightning talk have been proposed, everyone has travel and hotel booked, ...

... and we've agreed on handling reimbursement with GIMP money.

Ok; Since I had been absent from IRC, I know nothing of the discussions. I've got myself travel tickets yesterday. - Can you give me details on the hotel people are staying?
