a label seems to be different than the tooltip (or the other way round)

Open any image, go to Filters -> Artistic -> GIMPressionist -> go to Size tab -> click Edit
The tooltip over the "Size:" cursor says "Change the angle of the selected smvector".

Is the "size" ok, or it should have been "angle" instead ? Or perhaps the tooltip should have been "Change the size of the blah, blah" ?

(other than that, on first tab, if no preset is selected, an italic string says "Gimpressionist Defaults"; I think that the Gimp part should be GIMP (i.e. capitalized))
