And is it any good?

There is nothing wrong with charging for GIMP; they say on their Web site that it is distributed under the GPL, and they must make source available (e.g. they could enclose any patches and link to www.gimp.org for people to get the source and build their own "Photo Editor GIMP Pro".) But, the GPL doesn't forbid charging, and the price here seems entirely reasonable, especially if there's a box and physical medium. Is there a printed manual??
