Japanese translation (with some icons)

Hi,

I have some amendment for Japanese translation. Please apply these patches.

This archives consists two patches: 0007--ja-several-fixes-master.patch for the 'master' branch, and 0007--ja-several-fixes-branch-gimp-help-2-6-0.patch for the 'gimp-help-2-6-0' branch.

By the way, some icons are too old, because I can't find them in the current source of GIMP program. I add copies of some newer icons into Japanese part from directory of the source to override the older icons: images/C/dialogs/dialogs-icon-raise.png images/C/dialogs/dialogs-icon-lower.png images/C/dialogs/dialogs-icon-delete.png. They can be stock-up-16.png, stock-down-16.png, and stock-delete-16.png of the source.
