Updated website with old release data

Hi folks,

just to let you know that I updated the website and the work-in-progress HTML using our last release. Reason beeing are the missing images on the work-in-progress HTML.

I haven't managed to export stable links to the website, which results in missing images. Ulf already sent me a possible solution for that problem.

I know it would be better to see the current work-in-progress, but having a work-in-progress without any images doesn't make much sense.

Cheers,

Marco Ciampa

Here there is the work in progress _with_ the images. If you want I can do it for all languages, not just for italian and english.

For fr I agree. It would be great.

For Norwegian (no) too, but ---
I have a problem if you are using html-no generating from the po files. These are not updated since we where translating direct on the the xml files (January or so?) so perhaps a lot of English in them. I'm still working from time to time on the problem getting the links in the html files to point to image/no instead of the common part. Kolbjoern

This question probably shows my lack of understanding of the process but is there any way to point [F1] when executed from Gimp 2.6.x to this site instead of http://docs.gimp.org/2.6/en/ ?

WinXP SP3 if it matters.

From the gimprc manual page:

(user-manual-online-uri "http://docs.gimp.org/2.6")

The location of the online user manual. This is used if ’user- manual-online’ is enabled. This is a string value.

Should be sufficient to set this to http://gimp.linux.it/www/manual/html/ then

Sven

That's what I did today. So it's up and running again.

You made my day. I was rethinking the layout and saw the scheme we setup for the help browser. I tried again with the new layout and it worked (as Sven proposed).

So - up and running again, with the latest data of the work in progress. Now it's only a new release which is missing.

Cheers,

Would be great if you could add German docs too. :-)

BTW, just noticed the 100% status of Italian translations, congratulations! :-)

Bye,
Ulf
