docs.gimp.org down?

Hello,

I can't access docs.gimp.org (connection refused) and somebody on gimpusers.com wrote that he couldn't access it for 3 days now (http://www.gimpusers.com/news/2009-03-21/gimp-2-6-6-released.html#comment5693). Has anyone noticed this?
