Translate Gimp Help

Hello List members,

Now Gimp is fully in Khmer already and I want to translate Help as well. So, Could you please guide me on how to start translating?

I mean to translate user manual of Gimp for users. Because I my goal is: now Gimp is in Khmer and I need its user manual in Khmer as well due to most users do not know English well in Cambodia.
