File menu - missing items

I am running the latest svn 27095 and I do not see Save, Save As, ...[etc]... Close, Quit in the File menu. Is this correct?

It seems to be version push gitch.

following set of commands given to me on irc when I asked about it fixed it for me: cd menus; touch *.in; make install;
