Swedish quickreference

I have now completed and commited the Swedish quickreference translation.
I have also added a link to it on the downloads.html page. When will the new PDF file be compiled?

Thanks for updating the ChangeLog, though there is still a glitch in your checkins. Use your ChangeLog entry as the svn commit message, like this example:
