I changed the id, added an anchor for the old id and a remark to the xml source that the label has to be changed for GIMP 2.6.

It's just not yet committed.

I suggest that instead of committing that patch now, attach it to a bug report set on milestone 2.6 so that it is not forgotten when the time has come to change the manual for GIMP 2.6.
